CAD Design and
CNC Machinery
JB Products’ design and manufacturing capacity is dedicated to the creation of bespoke aluminium, stainless, and galvanised steel products, beginning with initial site surveys and in-house design of products using CAD software. Our designs are carefully considered in light of unique project specifications as determined during site surveys and in-depth consultations.
Following approval of design, JB Products undertakes an expansive manufacturing service, aided by our investments into CNC machinery for the time-considerate fabrication of products. We offer full in-house manufacturing services, from cutting and forming to welding, on aluminium, stainless, and galvanised steel.
This is all complemented by our transportation and installation capabilities, enabling JB Products to safely deliver products to site on time, every time, for the correct installation of our products. We provide these services for clients throughout the nation. Layout drawings and fitting instructions are provided as required.

FAQ's - Aluminium Trims
An aluminium trim is a metal profile which can be used to cover the edges of surfaces, both on interior and exterior surfaces of buildings. An exterior aluminium trim is a part of the overall facade of a building, and can help provide weather protection for the building and the external wall insulation system.
Aluminium is one of the best materials for external facade features such as trims. Aluminium is highly corrosive resistant, and will not be corroded by rainwater, or warped by wet and dry cycles. Aluminium is relatively cost-efficient when considering its long-term durability, making it a great choice for exterior trims. Our aluminium trims are polyester powder coated (PPC) to any RAL or BS colour that is required.
