Our Process

When customers approach JB Products, they can expect to be supported and guided with expert knowledge throughout the process of manufacturing sheet metal products.

It is our process and the levels of customer support we provide throughout that sets JB Products apart and has enabled our decades of specialist services and production of bespoke products.

During the initial stages of our design and manufacturing services, JB Products offers site surveys to determine the requirements for a unique project. This includes working alongside architects and other construction specialists to acquire all necessary specifications, and resolve any potential problems faced.

Dedicated in-house
design team

We then design products with a dedicated in-house design team working with the latest CAD software to produce designs which address our customers’ needs.

Our manufacturing capacity, including CNC and manual machinery, is utilised for the production of our high quality aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanised steel products. We manufacture tight tolerances for consistent and accurate products every time based upon approved designs.

JB Products offers delivery and further installation services to supplement this process, with our products manufactured to facilitate a quick and easy installation.
